David Adkins Joins TSP as Senior Project Manager

TSP, a regional architecture, engineering, and construction services firm, recently announced that David Adkins has joined the firm’s Construction Services unit as a Senior Project Manager.

Adkins has 25 years of Design/Build and General Contracting experience providing start to finish management on a diverse range of projects. As a Senior Project Manager his responsibilities include project organization; project coordination between the owner’s team, design team, and construction team; budget control; schedule control; and coordination with applicable agencies.

With a degree in mechanical engineering and experience in the real estate and development fields, Adkins brings the knowledge and skills to obtain the unique solution each project deserves. Significant project experience includes retail, office, manufacturing and warehouse commercial construction projects, and large residential and commercial land development projects. Mr. Adkins’ real estate knowledge also brings hands-on experience with survey, title, soils, and environmental issues and reports.
