71 lot subdivision located in wooded foothills

Close coordination with City and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources to obtain the required approval.

Divided into four construction phases which include complete design of all utilities including water, sanitary sewer, power, communications, and gas.

 

 

Chapel Lane Bridge Widening
Rapid City, South Dakota

Widened bridge from 2 lanes to 3 lanes

  • -alleviated intersection bottle neck at the bridge

  • -extended abutments and the main span superstructure built around the sewer main

  • -construction performed while maintaining two lanes of traffic on the existing bridge deck

  • - improved access for homes, businesses, and emergency vehicles
